The firm is looking for a Project Manager to oversee industrial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an excellent opportunity to manage complex developments while growing within a stable organization.

Description
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and contracts.
- Lead project teams and coordinate subcontractors.
- Conduct client and ownership meetings.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Monitor project financial performance.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Profile
- 5+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
- Prior experience managing warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution projects.
- Strong financial and scheduling skills.
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
