Light Industrial Superintendent - Charlotte MetroThe Light Industrial Superintendent - Charlotte Metro will be responsible for:Provide leadership and a sense of urgency throughout the course of the projectOversee daily construction effortsEmphasis on SafetySupervise the field construction work effort to ensure work is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule.Interface with Customers, Project Managers, Site Supervisor, and Contractors.Ensure the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents and specifications.Develop work schedules.Ensure critical materials and equipment are delivered to job sites on time.Plan, coordinate and supervise on-site work and emergency job functionsAuthorize and/or approve all project personnel transactions, purchase requisitions, field design change requests, etc.Maintain accurate time and material records and complete client paperwork as required.
