With a growing pipeline of high-profile hospital and healthcare facility projects, the company offers an outstanding opportunity for a Healthcare Project Manager to lead impactful builds while advancing into senior leadership.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities - Light Industrial Superintendent:Lead daily field operations on commercial and light industrial construction projectsEnsure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standardsManage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel to maintain production goalsConduct daily site walks, quality control inspections, and progress documentationRun on-site meetings with project teams, clients, and subcontractorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant jobsiteIdentify and resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forwardReview construction drawings, detect conflicts, and coordinate solutions with project teamsTrack material deliveries and manage site logisticsEnforce OSHA safety standards and lead toolbox talksSupport project closeout, punch lists, and turnover documentationMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
