Responsibilities include:Manage day-to-day field operations on light industrial, warehouse, manufacturing, and distribution center projects.Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel throughout all phases of construction.Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules while proactively addressing project challenges.Ensure strict compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety standards, and quality control procedures.Conduct daily site meetings and communicate project progress with project management teams and clients.Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to ensure proper field execution.Coordinate inspections and maintain project documentation.Drive schedule performance while maintaining exceptional workmanship and client satisfaction.Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff to foster a strong safety and performance culture.The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of projects, and enjoys working collaboratively with both field and office teams.Job DescriptionGlimpse of your role:Manage all phases of industrial, mission critical, and/or commercial construction projects from initiation to completion.Collaborate with clients, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.Monitor project progress and address any challenges or delays promptly.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.Coordinate procurement and delivery of necessary materials and resources.Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction activities and ensure quality control.Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project status and performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
