ESPCs allow facilities to be upgraded or renovated in a budget‑neutral or even budget‑positive manner by diverting money already spent on utilities into facility upgrades, covering scope development, design, bidding, construction management, commissioning, measurement and verification, and ongoing energy‑management services.CMTA Energy Solutions offers a robust co‑op program for college students pursuing a degree in engineering.
