    Description

    Allied Maker is seeking a dedicated Lighting Technician responsible for the precise assembly of lighting fixtures, ensuring each product meets quality, functional, and aesthetic standards before shipment. This hands-on production position requires consistency, care, and process discipline to succeed.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assemble lighting fixtures from components and sub-assemblies
    • Perform basic electrical wiring following diagrams and instructions
    • Install hardware, sockets, and structural elements accurately
    • Inspect work for alignment, function, and finish quality
    • Identify and flag issues before they move downstream
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation

    Qualifications:

    • Background in engineering, trade school, or hands-on technical work
    • Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly
    • Strong personal inclination toward building, fixing, or working with mechanical/electrical systems
    • Attention to detail and process discipline
    • Manual dexterity and quality ownership
    • Reliability, focus, and receptiveness to feedback
