GENERAL SUMMARY
Lil Kickers and Skills Institute Coaches coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old. Coaches are well-trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones.

PRIMARY JOB FUNCTIONS
- Come to work each shift with a positive attitude ready to have fun
- Be available to work weekend mornings
- Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session
- Follow weekly lesson plans
- Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil Kickers and Skills Institute programming
- Set up, clean up, and maintain the field
- Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session
- Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season
- Assist with marketing efforts and community events
