Job Title: Janitorial Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our maintenance team. This role is essential for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment for our facilities. Please review the specific grooming and safety requirements before applying.

Job Details

• Compensation: $17.00 per hour

• Schedule Options:

• • 4:30pm - 1:00am
  • 7:00am - 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• General Cleaning: Sweep, mop, and vacuum. Dust furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

• Sanitization: Clean and stock restrooms and breakrooms using industrial-grade cleaning chemicals.

• Waste Management: Empty trash bins and ensure recyclables are disposed of properly.

• Facility Safety: Identify and report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to management.

• Outdoor Maintenance: (If applicable) Keep building entrances clear of debris.

Job Requirements & Qualifications

To ensure safety and compliance with our site regulations, all candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Driving: Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

• Grooming Standards: For safety/PPE fitting reasons, candidates must be clean-shaven. No beards or goatees are permitted. A neatly trimmed mustache is acceptable.

• Safety Gear: Must provide and wear steel-toed boots at all times while on duty.

• Drug Screening: Must pass a pre-employment drug test.

• Compliance: This position is subject to DISA compliance and random monthly drug testing.

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motion.
