Description of the Role

We are seeking a Full Time Certified Ford Technician to join our team at Lincoln of Memphis. As a Certified Ford Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining Ford vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
• Conducting diagnostic tests to identify vehicle issues and provide accurate repair solutions
• Repairing or replacing faulty components, such as engines, transmissions, or electrical systems
• Ensuring all repairs and maintenance work are performed according to manufacturer's guidelines and specifications
• Keeping track of inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies
• Communicating with customers and providing clear explanations of repair procedures and costs
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Valid certification as a Ford Technician
• Prior experience working as a Ford Technician
• Strong knowledge of Ford vehicles and their complex systems
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and customer service skills
