Lincoln of Memphis Service Lane Valet /Porter

Description of the role:

Valet/Porter is responsible for greeting customers and providing exceptional service by parking and retrieving their vehicles in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Park and retrieve vehicles carefully and responsibly
• Assist customers with luggage or other belongings as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the valet parking area
• Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
• Follow all safety protocols and ensure the security of customers' vehicles
• Assist Service Advisors in their duties when needed

Requirements:

• Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Must be reliable and punctual
