Line Attendant - Seasonal (Tropicana Atlantic City)

• Assists Cooks in any kitchen or food station in the preparation of food product.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma preferred; culinary training or equivalent experience required.
• Must have two years experience in culinary, preferably high volume environment.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Regular attendance for scheduled work required.
• Required to perform the Customer Service Standards of the Department
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act & attendant regulations, as well as company internal controls, policies and procedures.
• Must be familiar with kitchen equipment.
• Assists with line food service.
