Line Cook (A.M.)

The Resort at Longboat Key Club is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook (A.M.) to join our culinary team. This role involves preparing and cooking high-quality breakfast and brunch dishes while ensuring consistency, presentation, and timely delivery to our guests. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, work collaboratively with the kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare breakfast and brunch menu items according to recipes and standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient food service.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and proper storage of ingredients.
• Support the kitchen team with other tasks as needed during shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar culinary role preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work early morning shifts in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Food Handler’s Certification or willing to obtain.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
