Blu-Tique Hotel is looking for a full-time Line Cooks to join their team in Akron, Ohio! In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with the Executive Chef to prepare meals, maintain accurate food inventories, rotate stock items as per procedures, and ensure that kitchen and food prep areas are cleaned and sanitized. You will report to the Lead Chef.

Schedule:

• Open availability is preferred
• AM/PM shifts available
• Weekend availability is required

The right candidate will have:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial kitchen required
• Ability to work evenings each day
• Previous hotel kitchen experience preferred
• Flexible availability including mornings, evenings, and events

Our Line Cook will:

• Prepare and cook food
• Plate dishes
• Complete basic food prepping tasks
• Clean prep areas and keep station clear
• Ensure kitchen remains stocked as needed
