Job Description:
Primary Purpose
As a Line Cook, youll take a hands-on leadership role in daily kitchen operations preparing and plating fresh, made-to-order and grab-and-go dishes while guiding your team to deliver consistency, speed, and excellence. Youll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and food quality on every shift, ensuring that every guest enjoys the fresh, local experience that defines Alltown Fresh.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
2+ years of culinary experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and support team members.
Excellent understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in high-volume service periods.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with a passion for great food.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching throughout the shift.
Ability to work near heat, cold, and wet surfaces.
Extended periods of standing and working in a fast-paced kitchen.
Safe use of knives, cooking tools, and kitchen equipment required.
