About the Role

The Line Cook AM plays a critical role in the kitchen by preparing and cooking breakfast and early lunch menu items to the highest standards of quality and presentation. This position ensures that all food is prepared in a timely manner, maintaining consistency and adhering to established recipes and safety guidelines. The Line Cook AM collaborates closely with kitchen staff and management to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure during busy morning hours. Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience working as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Culinary school training or certification.
  • Experience with breakfast and brunch menu preparation.
  • Knowledge of specialized cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
  • Food Handler's Permit or ServSafe certification.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage time effectively during busy service hours.
