From our signature bone-in fried chicken to hearty vegetable bowls and roasted seasonal sides, every dish is crafted with care, love, and a little nostalgia.
We’re growing our team and looking for an experienced Culinary Team Member who’s passionate about creating exceptional dining experiences through great food and teamwork.
About the Role
As a Line Cook at Nan’s, you'll be at the heart of our kitchen, preparing and cooking a variety of dishes that make our guests feel at home. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love working with fresh ingredients, and bring a team-first mindset, we’d love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Prepare and roast vegetables, meats, and grain-based dishes
- Fulfill guest orders quickly and accurately during service
- Manage tickets and communicate clearly in a high-volume kitchen
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-prepped workstation
- Support kitchen operations with a focus on food safety and consistency
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience working in a professional kitchen (line cook or similar)
- Passion for scratch cooking and quality ingredients
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Friendly, team-oriented attitude
- ServeSafe or Food Handler’s certification is a plus
