Role Overview:

• Prepare and cook Italian dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely, high-quality meal preparation
• Monitor food quality and consistency
• Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
• Arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled shifts
