Basking Ridge Country Club is seeking a reliable and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
- Set up and stock stations with necessary supplies
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely and consistent manner
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with prep work and support other kitchen team members as needed
Qualifications
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Dependable with a positive, team-oriented attitude
