The Line Cook at The Tree Farm, a private golf course in Batesburg, SC, plays a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our members and guests. The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of menu items at designated workstations, ensuring that all dishes are crafted according to our prep and par sheets or specific instructions provided. This position requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

• Prepares all hot items and some cold items for line and special needs purposes and team member meal
• Carefully follows standard recipes and/or prep sheets when pre-preparing and preparing all items
• Uses food preparation equipment according to manufacturer's instructions
• Ensures assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary
• Assists supervisors in maintaining safety in the kitchen
• Maintains neat, professional appearance and observes personal hygiene rules at all times
• Adheres to state and local health and safety regulations
• Maintains the highest sanitary standards
• Labels, dates and returns unused food products to proper storage areas
• Assists with preparation of other food products on serving line as needed
• Assists with other work-related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

Previous Line Cook experience of 3 years

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) as a minimum.

Valid Driver's License

Preferred Skills:

Food Handlers Certification
