Key Requirements:

Prepare ingredients, including chopping vegetables, cutting meats, and measuring seasonings.
Cook menu items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
Set up and stock kitchen stations with necessary supplies.
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner during service periods.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of workstations, kitchen equipment, and storage areas.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
Communicate effectively with chefs and other kitchen staff to coordinate orders.
Support banquet and catering food preparation as needed.

Shifts:

Monday - Sunday schedule with 2 days off
Breakfast and lunch times: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
Dinner times: 3:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Sunday schedule is 6:00 am - 2:00 pm
