Heart of House Position

Our Heart of House team is the engine of Black Rock. This is where precision, teamwork, and passion come together to create the quality and consistency our guests expect. From prepping ingredients to crafting signature dishes, you help set the stage for the sizzling‑rock experience that defines our brand.

In this role, you’ll be part of a fast‑paced, high‑energy kitchen where your skills truly matter. Whether you’re slicing, seasoning, grilling, or plating, your craftsmanship brings our menu to life and keeps guests coming back for more.
