What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook Mediterranean and Turkish dishes to our quality standards
- Set up and stock your station before service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and plating standards
- Work closely with the kitchen team during service
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are always met
What We're Looking For
- 1 2 years of line cook experience in a fast-paced kitchen
- Familiarity with Mediterranean or Middle Eastern cuisine is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
