Role Description The Line Cook is a full-time, on-site role based in Big Sky, MT. This role is responsible for preparing menu items according to restaurant recipes and standards, including dough, sauces, toppings, and other dishes, while maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and breaking down the station, ensuring ingredients are properly stocked, labeled, and stored, and following food safety and sanitation guidelines. The Line Cook will coordinate with other kitchen team members, communicate effectively during service, and help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and efficient. This role may also assist with inventory, prep work, and supporting special events or peak service times as needed.\n
