Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed at all times.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed.
• Adapt to menu changes and special requests.

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a restaurant or pub setting.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
