The following criteria should meet:
* Must be eager to learn Japanese culture and food!
* Must be able to work in FAST paced environment.
* Must be a team player.
* 2 years commercial kitchen experience preferred.
* Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation: $18 to $25/hr (depends on experience & skills)
