Join the culinary team of Nuhma Inflight Services and create elevated, fine dining cuisine for elite private jet clientele. This is a unique opportunity to work in the luxury inflight hospitality industry, preparing beautifully crafted dishes in a fast-paced, high-standardkitchen environment alongside a renowned chef and culinary team.

Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for preparing and executing high-quality gourmet meals for VIP private jet clients while maintaining exceptional culinary, sanitation, and presentation standards. The ideal candidate is passionate about fine dining, thrives under pressure, and values teamwork, precision, and consistency.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and execute fine dining dishes according to recipes, presentation standards, and chef specifications.
  • Assist with daily food production, prep, plating, and station management.
  • Prepare meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, sauces, and other menu components using various cooking techniques.
  • Maintain organized and fully stocked workstations for smooth and timely service.
  • Ensure all VIP inflight orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Follow strict food safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and ingredient handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, equipment, walk-ins, floors, stoves, sinks, and prep areas.
  • Properly label, store, rotate, and manage inventory and food products.
  • Support fellow cooks and kitchen staff during service and production needs.
  • Uphold the highest culinary and hospitality standards associated with the Chef Nuhma brand.
  • Arrive on time, maintain professionalism, and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of kitchen or line cook experience required.
  • Fine dining, hospitality, or high-volume kitchen experience preferred.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Food Handler Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
