Henry's Diner, established in 1925 is a historical diner in downtown Burlington, VT. We offer good old-fashioned diner fare, breakfast and lunch all day. The atmosphere is old school from the front to the back. Family-owned and operated. Open 6 am to 2 pm daily. No nights!

We are seeking a line cook with or without experience willing to learn high speed diner. Responsible for the preparation, presentation, and execution of all menu items. Must be able to follow health guidelines to ensure safe and sanitary food practices.

Requirements:

• The breakfast experience is a plus.
• Able to work on your feet for the majority of your shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where you can be seen by the public.
• Capable of lifting up 20 lbs at a time on a regular basis.
• Cook food to correct temps, including meats & eggs.
• Good communication skills and team building.
• Reference and background checks are required.
