Responsibilities

Follow established recipes, portion controls, and presentation guidelines to deliver exceptional dishes.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation protocols.
Handle food preparation tasks such as marinating, seasoning, and assembling ingredients for grilling.
Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure food is cooked thoroughly and safely.
Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service and support catering or special event needs when required.
Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen operations within a restaurant or food industry setting.
Strong knife skills and familiarity with various grilling techniques.
