Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared consistently, efficiently, and beautifully presented
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations at all times
- Assist with inventory management, product rotation, and minimizing food waste
- Work collaboratively with baristas, kitchen staff, and leadership to deliver an exceptional guest experience
- Support menu development, specials, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role
- Strong understanding of food safety and kitchen operations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and while maintaining attention to detail
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to excellence
