Current serving hours are 6 am-2 pm, Wednesday - Sunday. The kitchen staff receives one free meal per day, free uniforms, and cleaning. All employees, preferably 21 years and older my participate in a company-sponsored 401k plan after 12 months of employment and 1000 hours of service. Safe Harbor NEC of 3% for all and company match up to 3% for participating employees. Â

Education and Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of experience as a line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
Certificate in Culinary Arts preferred.
Experience with various cooking methods and procedures.
Familiar with industry best practices.
Line Cook Job Responsibilities:
Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces.
