Night & Day Cafe is looking for a reliable, experienced line cook to join our team for evening and weekend shifts.
We re a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant with a strong team and great culture. Our kitchen is open to guests, so we re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, moves with urgency, and can confidently hold down their station during busy service.
Schedule:
- Friday: Evening shift
- Sunday: Flexible timing
- + 1 weekday shift (flexible timing)
Must be available for both Friday and Sunday.
What We re Looking For:
- Line cook experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in a guest-facing kitchen
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Reliable and punctual
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items to standard
- Maintain a clean and organized area
- Keep a stocked station
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Communicate clearly with team during service
Pay:
- Hourly pay (based on experience) starting at $20
- High tip earning potential our open, guest-facing kitchen allows cooks to earn significantly more in tips than standard back-of-house positions. After tips most of our cooks earn $30/hr+
