The starting wage is $18/hour and may increase based on level of experience and a current ServSafe Certification.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Work various stations on the line and keep up with orders during busy service periods
- Ensure proper food preparation, portioning, presentation, and timing
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
- Coordinate with other kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and efficiently
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:- Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience required
- Knowledge of proper food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
- ServSafe Certification is a plus
- Reliable and dependable attendance is required
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
