Prepare food in accordance with Club recipes and standards/specifications. Act as a first point of contact for other line cooks, providing guidance and clarifications. Assists Sous Chef in assigning cleaning and prep projects to cooks and stewards. Holds cooks and stewards to a high and professional standard in their behavior and attitude.
