We’re looking for someone who’s comfortable in a busy kitchen, must be skilled in Sautee, Grill, Fry, and Pizza Making
Prepping ingredients, chopping veggies, portioning proteins, and keeping your station stocked and clean.
Cooking dishes according to our recipes and standards — nothing fancy, just consistent, good food.
Working your station during service and keeping pace when things get busy.
Helping with general kitchen cleanup and making sure we’re ready for the next shift.
Communicating with the rest of the crew so plates go out right and on time.
Someone who’s reliable, shows up ready to work, and can handle a 50–55 hour week without losing their cool.
Advanced kitchen experience — if you’ve worked a line or done prep before, you’ll fit right in.
Ability to follow recipes, stay organized, and keep your station clean.
A team player who doesn’t mind pitching in wherever needed.
