Pay: $19-23 per hour + $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 3 months of service & $250 after 6 months!)

- We're looking for a dependable, experienced Line Cook who thrives in a fast-paced kitchen and takes pride in preparing high-quality food. If you're passionate about great food, teamwork, and delivering an exceptional guest experience, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Prep ingredients, sauces, and garnishes for daily service.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your assigned station.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
- Label, date, rotate, and store food using FIFO procedures.
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and side work.
- Work as part of a team to deliver timely, high-quality meals.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience (high-volume kitchen preferred).
- Culinary school training may substitute for experience.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, team-oriented, and committed to quality and food safety.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around hot equipment in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
