Salary: $20.00 - $23/hr + $500 sign-on bonus ($250 after 3 months of service & $250 after 6 months!)

POSITION SUMMARY:

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare ingredients by cutting, chopping, mixing, and portioning.
  • Cook food using grilling, frying, sautéing, and other methods.
  • Complete daily prep lists and assigned kitchen tasks.
  • Label, date, store, and rotate food products properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas.
  • Follow food safety, sanitation, and portion control standards.
  • Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
  • Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Report safety concerns and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of kitchen/prep cook experience or culinary school training.
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.

Physical Requirements

  • Stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Lift, carry, bend, twist, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Work around hot equipment, sharp tools, and varying temperatures.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
