World Famous Championship EggRoll Food Truck Tour – Georgia


We are growing our Food Truck Team in Georgia and looking for reliable, hardworking, and motivated Line Cooks ready to work in a fast-paced mobile kitchen environment.


Schedule

•  Wednesday –Sunday  (TRAVEL AWAY FROM HOME)
      Wednesday 8PM loadup
      All events are different however in general we usually leave Valdosta Thursday 4AM we get back to Valdosta Sunday 1AM (MUST BE AVAILABLE TO TRAVEL AWAY FROM HOME WEDNESDAY - SUNDAY)
     Days off MONDAY AND TUESDAY.
  
  
• Must have full-day availability
  
  
• Must be flexible with food truck locations and event schedules
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License – REQUIRED
  
  
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual
  
  
• Strong teamwork skills
  
  
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
  
  
• Must follow recipes, portions, and company procedures
  
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
  
  
• Previous kitchen or food truck experience is a PLUS
  
  
• No food truck experience? We are willing to train the right person!
  
  

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook customer orders quickly and accurately
  
  
• Maintain consistent food quality
  
  
• Keep the food truck stocked, clean, and organized
  
  
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  
  
• Assist with setup, service, cleaning, and closing
