Who We Are:
We cook from scratch. Sauces, dressings, dough — made here, not opened. We source locally where we can, the menu changes, and we've been busy enough since 2017 that consistency matters more than anything else on the plate. The room around it is 6,200 sq. ft. of timber frame with a fireplace and a sports bar, but the kitchen is what people come back for. We live by Ryan's Three A's: Atmosphere, the room and the energy. Ammunition, scratch food made right every single time. Attitude, our team — the part you can't buy.
Your Role: You're at the heart of the action — creating, cooking, and plating the dishes that keep guests coming back. We'll give you the tools, the training, and the creative space to grow.
- Prep, cook, and plate to Creek House standards.
- Work across stations — prep, fry, grill, pizza, sauté, and expo.
- Hold consistency, speed, and presentation on every plate.
- Keep a clean, organized, safe station.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation protocols.
What We're Looking For:
- You work fast and stay organized under pressure.
- Reliability, integrity, teamwork — no drama, just dedication.
- Cooking experience preferred; we'll train the right person.
- Evenings and weekends, reliable transportation, legal working age.
- ServSafe a plus.
