    Frasier is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Café Cook to support daily café operations and help deliver a consistent, high-quality dining experience. In this role, you’ll bring skill, focus, and efficiency to every shift—ensuring food is prepared safely, served with care, and aligned with our commitment to excellence.

    Pay Range: $20.40–$24.25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

    WHAT YOU’LL OWN

    Deliver Fresh, High-Quality Café Meals

    • Prepare and plate menu items to order using standardized recipes and proper techniques
    • Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation during all service periods
    • Adjust food preparation to accommodate special requests and dietary needs
    • Support a smooth and efficient café-style service environment

    Maintain Food Safety & Kitchen Standards

    • Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures at all times
    • Monitor cooking temperatures, portions, and storage practices
    • Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked throughout service
    • Complete cleaning tasks and sanitation processes to maintain a safe kitchen

    Support Kitchen Operations & Team Success

    • Prepare ingredients and assist with advance food production
    • Set up stations to ensure efficient workflow during service
    • Monitor supplies and communicate needs to maintain operations
    • Work collaboratively with chefs, supervisors, and team members

    WHAT YOU KNOW AND HAVE EXPERIENCED

    • At least one (1) year of cooking experience, ideally in a café, line cook, or fast-paced kitchen environment
    • Experience preparing food in high-volume or service-driven environments preferred
    • Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen organization standards
    • Ability to follow recipes, production lists, and kitchen procedures accurately
