Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and quality standards

• Work efficiently in a fast-paced food truck, market, or event setting

\n

• Multitask during busy service periods while maintaining accuracy and speed

\n

• Follow directions from management and communicate effectively with team members

\n

• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards at all times

\n

• Assist with food prep, setup, breakdown, and restocking supplies

\n

• Provide friendly and professional customer service when interacting with guests

\n

• Operate effectively in small, high-volume workspaces

\n

• Help with loading, unloading, and organizing equipment and inventory for events

\n

• Maintain composure and professionalism during high-pressure situations

\n

Qualifications

\n

• Previous cooking, restaurant, food truck, or event experience preferred

\n

• Ability to work under pressure in a busy, fast-paced environment

\n

• Strong multitasking and organizational skills

\n

• Ability to take direction and work as part of a team

\n

• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance

\n

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays

• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
