- Store unused items properly, cover and date perishables.
- Assist in controlling food costs, waste, and loss.
- Maintain and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
- Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and adhere to OSHA standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Background & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related experience.
