Your Growth Path: Lead Cook - Sous Chef - Assistant to the Head Chef

Your Focus:

  • Ensure consistent quality by following recipes and portion standards.
  • Prepare ahead to meet estimated needs without over-preparing.
  • Label, date, and rotate perishables per standards.
  • Check inventory levels, identify shortages, and set up for shifts.
  • Store unused items properly, cover and date perishables.
  • Assist in controlling food costs, waste, and loss.
  • Maintain and clean kitchen tools and equipment.
  • Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and adhere to OSHA standards.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Background & Skills:
