Atwater Brewery, Grosse Pointe Park and Detroit taphouse locations, are looking for dedicated, hard-working individuals to join our team. Applicants should possess a proven skillset in the restaurant/bar/hospitality industry, possess a strong work ethic, and bring the fun factor!
Oversee your assigned station, including all prep work needed to fill & maintain the station.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Set up station according to checklist
• Prepare food items consistent with provided recipes
• Maintain line cleanliness & sanitation
• Maintain all back of house closing procedures as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
• At least 18 years of age
• At least 1-year experience working in a kitchen environment
• Work well under pressure
• Work well with others
• Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
• Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift 50 lbs.
