Wind Watch Golf & Country Club is seeking a dedicated and energetic Line Cook to join our kitchen team for the busy season. About Wind Watch Golf & Country Club: We're an 18-hole golf destination featuring a full-service restaurant, event space, tennis courts, and seasonal outdoor pool. Our facility hosts everything from casual dining to special events, creating a dynamic and diverse kitchen environment where no two days are quite the same.

What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items to our quality standards while maintaining proper food safety and sanitation protocols
• Work efficiently at your station during service, coordinating with other kitchen team members to ensure timely food delivery
• Maintain organized, clean workstations and properly store ingredients and equipment
• Follow recipes and plating guidelines while taking pride in presentation
• Respond positively to feedback and adapt to the needs of a seasonal, event-driven kitchen

What We're Looking For:

• Open availability with flexibility to work 30-50 hours per week during the season
• Experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality and safety
• Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
