As a Line Cook, you'll be an essential contributor to our café’s success, ensuring every plate meets our high standards. From prep work to maintaining a clean station, your dedication will help create an inviting atmosphere for our guests and a great workplace for your colleagues.

What You’ll Do & Achieve

• Prepare and cook food according to specified recipes and standards, respecting ingredients and kitchen procedures.
• Maintain high-quality presentation and proper rotation of products.
• Assist in inventory management and help keep supplies organized.
• Support kitchen cleanliness by following sanitation procedures, cleaning equipment, and maintaining an orderly station.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to a safe work environment by handling equipment properly and following safety procedures.
• Adapt quickly to different stations and tasks as needed, supporting the team’s overall success.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a commercial kitchen.
• Valid Food Handlers Card or Serv Safe Certification.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.
• Strong teamwork, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and handling kitchen machinery safely.
• Willingness to work Monday through Friday, from 6:00am-3:00pm

Nice-to-Have Qualities

• Knowledge of MSDS.
• Experience with various kitchen equipment such as slicers, grinders, mixers, etc.
• Innovative mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.

Compensation
Earn between $20.00 and $25.00 per hour, depending on your skills and experience.
