Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one

Were looking for a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie to join our Sports Café team. Youll prepare, cook and present menu items to high standards, supervise Kitchen Assistants and manage kitchen operations in the absence of a Kitchen Manager.

What youll be doing

• Prepare and present dishes to high standards, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety and legal requirements
• Manage stock, portion control and minimise food waste to meet cost targets
• Support menu development and assist Kitchen Managers with procedures and standards

Your working hours

• Full-time contract, shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
• This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays

• Ability to build relationships with colleagues
• Kitchen Assistant experience
• Naturally cheerful, patient and friendly
