We are currently seeking friendly, hard-working Line Cooks who are dedicated to providing excellent service to our guests. At Kanki, we combine a fun atmosphere, entertainment, and delicious food to create the region's premier special occasion restaurant.

Responsibilities:

• Cook menu items as ordered
• Follow directions from Head Chef
• Keep your working area clean and sanitary
• Have a complete knowledge of all recipes and food items made
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to read English
• Must take be able to take direction and redirection well
• Must have a passion for cooking great food
• Must be 18 or older
• Strong multitasking abilities
• Must be available to work evenings and weekends
• Able to stand for extended periods of time in a fast-paced environment
• Must have personal reliable transportation, phone, and e-mail (Deal Breaker), We cannot schedule you around public transportation schedules. (Deal Breaker)
• Working weekends is a Non-negotiable (Deal Breaker)

Requirements:

• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States

Hourly Wage: $16 - $20 (solely determined by cooking years of experience and skill level of applicant)
