We are currently seeking a passionate, driven, and skilled Line Cook to join our back-of-house team. This is your opportunity to work alongside a world-class culinary team in a fast-paced, professional kitchen known for innovation, precision, and exceptional guest experiences.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and execute dishes to Wolfgang Puck’s exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation

  • Follow recipes, prep lists, and station guidelines efficiently and accurately

  • Work collaboratively with fellow cooks, sous chefs, and the executive chef

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work environment in accordance with health and safety standards

  • Contribute to a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 / hour

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 years' experience as a line cook in a fine dining environment 

  • High-volume experience 

  • Good understanding of cooking methods (roasting, braising, searing, poaching, frying, etc.).  

  • Strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment

  • Attention to detail (in plating, measurements, portion control).

  • Cleanliness / hygiene and knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. 

  • Ability to follow direction / recipes / prep lists precisely. 

  • Strong communication skills, and an ability to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented environment

  • A passion for food, learning, and the Wolfgang Puck philosophy of hospitality
