We’re an established organic café in Hermosa Beach known for our seed-oil-free, from-scratch menu made with high-quality organic ingredients. We’re looking for a Kitchen Lead who takes pride in real food and can help lead a small, focused kitchen team.
This role is ideal for someone who has solid kitchen experience and is ready to step into a leadership role, maintain standards, and help guide service with calm, steady energy.
Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen team during service and set the tone for the shift
Ensure consistency and quality of scratch-made menu items
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient kitchen
Support prep, service, and daily kitchen operations
Help uphold a respectful, accountable team culture
What We’re Looking For
Strong line cook or kitchen leadership experience
Someone who works clean, organized, and fast without cutting corners
A genuine appreciation for organic ingredients and intentional cooking
Reliable, steady, and able to lead by example
