Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Line Cook to join our evening kitchen team. This role is ideal for a well-rounded cook who is comfortable working in an open kitchen environment and capable of preparing a variety of cuisines with consistency and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute menu items efficiently during dinner service
  
• Work collaboratively with the Executive Chef and kitchen team
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times
  
• Assist with dishwashing and general kitchen cleanliness as needed
  
• Ensure all food is prepared to club standards for quality and presentation
  
• Contribute to a positive, team-first kitchen culture
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of line cook or relevant kitchen experience
  
• Experience working in an open kitchen and preparing a variety of cuisines
  
• Strong teamwork skills and willingness to support all areas of the kitchen
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
  
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
  
• Availability to work evenings and weekends is required
