What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook small plates with attention to quality and consistency
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during service
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient cooking station
- Contribute ideas and passion for seasonal ingredients and menu creativity
- Support the team during peak service times
What We're Looking For
- At least 1+ year of cooking experience
- Genuine enthusiasm and a passion for seasonal cooking
- Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
